I have been a happy customer for more than 20 years. I first met Donna when she was employed at another salon, and I made my first appointment with her based on a friend's recommendation. Creative Changes is a wonderful place to go and let yourself be pampered by either Donna or Renee. It can be a simple visit for just a haircut, or you can go all out and get "the works," as I have often done. There is also a large selection of haircare products, and before you purchase anything, you'll receive advice on how to use it. Above all, Creative Changes assures customer satisfaction and courtesy. You will also find lively conversation, laughter, and a friendly atmosphere, which enhances whatever you're having done that day. When you walk through the door, you're greeted immediately and made to feel welcome and comfortable.

My image is important for my job, so I'm careful about where I get my salon services done. When I tried Creative Changes recently, I became an instant convert. I've always wanted to grow my hair longer, but my thick hair made it difficult to get past a certain point. Donna has been a master at transitioning my hair from short to long, and she has skillfully coached me in style techniques---now I can manage it in five minutes! I have been equally impressed with the manicures at Creative Changes. The manicurist gave me my own set of nail-care tools, which she reserves exclusively for me each visit. Going to a new hair salon is always a little nerve-racking, but I was immediately impressed with Donna's approach. Unlike other stylists I've had, she sat me down for a consultation, and we discussed our "plan of attack" for cut and color. She was extremely thorough and continually checked in with me to see if I had questions or concerns. Then she spent time coaching me on how to style my hair and which products to use to tame my wild mane. I was very pleased with my debut experience at Creative Changes and plan to become a regular!
